Has more than 20 years of experience in comp&ben consulting, working with over 100 organizations.

Gil has a vast experience in designing pay structures, grading systems, executives remuneration, merit increase and bonus processes, supporting employers in collective agreements and more.

Gil holds a BA in Economics and  MBA from Tel Aviv University.


Yariv Segev


Yariv Segev has over 25 years of experience in various economic aspects.

Expert in budget management and budget control, payroll analysis, supporting employers in collective agreements and management of incentive programs.

Yariv has  an extensive experience in formulating a work structure on shifts and building a balanced payment model that complies with the Working Hours and Rest Law.

Yariv has a Bachelor’s Degree and Master's Degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Yonatan Azgad


Yonatan Azgad has about 10 years of experience with compensation and benefits.
